Aloo Gobi

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon (tb.) vegetable oil
  • 1 bag of frozen cauliflower

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 2 medium tomatoes diced

  • 3 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 tb. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. turmeric 
  • 1/4 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. coriander
  • 1 tb. cilantro
  • 1/4 tsp. garam masala powder

Preparation time: 1 hour or less 

Serving: 3-4 people

Preparation

Dice tomatoes, and chop garlic cloves and onions. Set aside the tomatoes and cook the potatoes in boiling water for 25 minutes.

Add the vegetable oil to a medium pan, and add the garlic and onions to the pan after the oil is heated. Take your frozen cauliflower and add it to the pan to saute for about 15 minutes. Next, dice the cooked potatoes and then add them. 

Then season this mixture in the pan as directed with the seasonings listed above. Lastly add in your tomatoes and mix everything well.

After all of the seasonings are there let it simmer for another 10 minutes, and it’s ready to serve. Enjoy!
