Vegan Banana Brownies

Ingredients

  • 3 large ripe bananas
  • 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line and grease a 6-inch brownie pan.
  • Mash banana in a large bowl until smooth.
  • Mix in peanut butter and cocoa powder until batter-like. Add more banana or almond milk if too dry.
  • Stir in chocolate chips (optional).
  • Pour batter into the pan, top with extra chips if desired.
  • Bake for 25–30 min, until the toothpick comes out with light crumbs.
  • Cool on rack 20 min before serving.
