Coconut Water & Coconut Milk Pudding (Maple-Sweetened)

Ingredients

Coconut Water Layer

  • 500 ml coconut water
  • 2–3 tbsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 ½ tsp agar agar

Coconut Milk Layer

    • 400 ml coconut milk
    • 3–4 tbsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)
    • 1 tsp vanilla (optional)
    • 2 tsp agar agar

Preparation

    • Top with toasted coconut flakes.
      • Coconut Water Layer: Heat coconut water, maple syrup, and agar agar until dissolved (3–5 min). Pour into mold (½ full) and let set 10–15 min.
      • Coconut Milk Layer: Heat coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and agar agar until dissolved. Cool slightly, then pour gently over the first layer.
      • Chill: Refrigerate 2–3 hrs until firm. Cut or unmold, serve cold.
      • Tips:
        • Top with toasted coconut flakes.
        • Serve chilled with fresh mango or pineapple for tropical contrast.
