Baked potatoes with Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 2 medium sized potatoes 
  • 1 Zucchini 
  • 1 Tomato  
  • ½ crown Broccoli 
  • Asparagus 4
  • Salt to taste
  • 3-4 pinches of black pepper 
  • 1 tablespoon Hot sauce (or according to taste)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil 

Preparation

Slice the potatoes and add in measurements of olive oil, salt, black pepper and hot sauce. Cook the potatoes in an air fryer at 400 degrees for 9 minutes. Cut all vegetables and add all remaining ingredients and air fry them at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. As a substitute for an air fryer, a conventional oven may be used to cook the potatoes at 450 degrees for 20-25 minutes, and the vegetables for 20-30 minutes.
