Bowtie Pasta with Spinach and Mushrooms

Ingredients

 

  • 10 oz of Bowtie pasta 10 oz

  • 1 cup of Fresh Spinach

  • 8-10 Fresh Mushrooms (here cremini)

  • 4 Garlic cloves 

  • ½ cup of  frozen Green peas 

  • 2-3 Fresh tomatoes 

  • ½ cup of Tomato and basil sauce

  • White Vinegar 1 tablespoon

  • ½ teaspoon of Hot sauce

  • Salt according to taste 

  • 1 teaspoon of Crushed black pepper

Cooking time: 30-40 minutes

Servings: 2

Preparation

Boil the water in the pan and add salt according to your taste. Add pasta and let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes until it will be well cooked. Drain the pasta in the strainer. In the pan add cooking oil and after it heats up, add chopped garlic cloves. When the garlic becomes golden, add sliced  mushroom, salt and pepper and cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Now add fresh tomatoes, spinach, peas, vinegar, hot sauce tomato and basil sauce. Cook for 5-7 minutes and then add pasta, mix it well and turn off the flame.
