Gingerbread Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups flour
  • 3/4 cup coconut sugar or brown sugar
  • 2 tsp ginger
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 tbsp plant milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Servings: 8-12 cookies

Directions

  • Add dry ingredients to a bowl, and stir until well-combined.
  • In a separate bowl, add wet ingredients and stir until combined.
  • Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients until a dough is achieved.
  • Mold dough into 8 larger cookies, or 12 smaller cookies.
  • Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit (163 degrees Celsius) for 12 minutes.
  • Allow to cool, then enjoy!
