In a pot boil ~3 liters of water and add some salt. When water starts boiling, then add spaghetti and cook for 10-15 minutes until it becomes fully cooked. Strain the spaghetti under cold running water to avoid stickiness.
In a medium sized pan, add vegetable mix and season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, onion powder as directed above. Drizzle about 3 tablespoons of olive oil over the vegetables, and roast for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
After the cauliflower, broccoli and carrots have roasted, at them to the pasta, mix it evenly. If desired add pasta sauce, and garnish with basil.
