Here at FoodPrint Edu, we aim to support FoodPrint awareness, and encourage people to cycle in as many plant-based meals as they can.
Below are some recipes to start with!
These dishes are considered plant-based as they have little to no animal products, and are also healthy! Many recipes heavy on animal products such as red meat, dairy and other ingredients can be water intensive, be linked to greenhouse gas emissions and can have adverse health impacts when consumed regularly. 
Therefore these plant-based options are great to try because in being sustainable they help lower your foodprint, support the environment and your health.
